Infographic Slide Option 3

A grid design with a big image, stats, and big colors, too.

Using Infographic Slide Option 3

  1. Keep the red title line text to 1 line, and the size 24.
  2. Keep the black sub-title lines text to 1 line, and the size 16.
  3. The large white text inside the boxes should be size 22 with normal returns.
  4. The smaller white text inside the boxes should be size 11 with normal returns.
  5. The red text at the lower right of the slide should be size 15. Note the copy after the comma is bold.
  6. Ideally try to use one word inside the red diamonds.
    • The larger red diamond text is size 18, while the smaller diamonds text is size 14.
    • If you need to use multiple words, adjust the position of the PowerPoint text box vertically.
    • All words in the red diamonds should be centered horizontally and vertically within the red space.
  7. To replace the large image:
    • Open up one of the files below in your image editor, and add your new image on a new layer and make sure your new image covers all of the original image you opened. Only your new image should be visible.
    • Create and Save an image that is:
      • exactly 705 pixels wide by 416 pixels high for the bigger image
      • exactly 227 pixels wide by 198 pixels high for the smaller image
    • Ensure each image is black and white or greyscale.
    • TIP - if converting a color image to black and white, do the conversion first. Then increase the contrast by between 5-25% to make it more dramatic and fill in some of the lows.
    • Now you're ready to add your new image to your presentation!
    • Back in PowerPoint, Right-click the image in the template, and select "Change Picture..." from the menu, find the new image you just saved and click "Insert."
    • To be safe, after your new image is visible on your slide, right click the image again and select "Arrange" > "Send To Back" to make sure your new image isn't covering any other content!
  8. Do not replace the red diamond image.
